In 2017 My son Jack entered the world, and boy he only slept like this!
Of course the cuddles were lovely, but when it came to night time, he wouldn't be put down. I couldn't sleep like this, and it started to take it's toll on me.
He also became restless the older he got, and it came to a point where none of us in the house were getting sleep.
My mental health started to suffer, I wouldn't leave the house because Jack was too grumpy from being over tired and cried all the time (as did I) and I just didn't have the energy.
I scoured the internet for the answer, but nothing worked. I spent a fortune on products that were recommended to me by strangers on the internet, and still nothing worked.
I felt lost, alone and envious of everyone around me who's baby seemed to sleep just fine!
On one of my many internet searches at 3am, I found an advert for a sleep consultant, I didn't know they existed! But I thought, 'things can't get any worse' So I booked a free call.
On that call, for the first time I felt heard, and I felt hope. So I hired her! To say she saved my life is an understatement.
And that's when I got really interested in Infant sleep, and I trained and Certified in it. I knew I wanted to help parent's in the same way I was helped.
I never want a parent to feel all alone, or that there isn't hope.
I want to fill you with the reassurance of knowing you can get the sleep you need, to be the parent you want to be.
I have lived it, I know how you are feeling, and the deeper impact lack of sleep is having, and I know how to help you.
This is a self-led, go at your own pace online program that includes the following

You will be making the choice of the method you use, based on what feels right for you and your child. I have provided all of the proven ways, all of the steps are included so you can make informed decisions.
It's never just about sleep, a holistic over view of your family's day is taken into account. Both night time, day time, feeding and routine are all included to truly set you up for success. All pieces of the puzzle are accounted for
It will work for my baby? Over the many years of working with Infants, the strategies I provide for you to chose from have been adapted and crafted in a way that truly understands babies sleep needs
There will be crying? The truth is, there are many reasons that contribute to a baby crying. However, I do know that you will be provided with all the support and guidance to handle any crying that may occur
I don't have enough time? The program is set out in an easy to follow way and flows in a structured format that makes it digestible to follow one step at a time. You can implement strategies as you go, there is no rush, one thing at a time :)
You finally find the perfect balance of Sleep and getting the energy for parenting all day
You can put your baby down to sleep, and walk away knowing they are going to fall asleep quickly and happily, and sleep through the night
You have time to yourself. Whether it's to relax in the bath, do the housework, watch your favorite TV show or just drink a hot drink! Your time will be yours to do what you want with it
Getting to eat your dinner, whilst it's still warm, and with your partner! Instead of one of you keeping running up and down the stairs to settle your baby
Time alone with your partner. Either going on a date, having some alone time, and being able to share a bed with them again!
Having actual energy. Waking up feeling refreshed and being able to take your baby out, get down on the floor and play with them, the patience , and the scope to bond with your baby. Even the energy to go to the gym if that's your bag!
